To make organisations more efficient

We are facilitating processes to improve quality and outputs of organisations. Organisations offer services, often to public clients. In order to achieve high impact of the services provided we have developed a 4-step configuration model:

  • Maintain ongoing quality improvements
  • Identify quality indicators
  • Define the focus of organisational development for the next three years
  • Choose an appropriate IT-support system
